Year-End Results
2006 has been a great year in many ways. As far as physically, it has been very positive.
Back in May, I set some goals. I reached some and missed some. I can do 10 pull-ups at one time. I never have been able to do that in my life at any time. My body fat is down from 25% to around 17%. My endurance and strength is greatly improved on bench, squats, dead-lifts, etc.
I am not at my goal weight for 2006 of 180. I am 188 right now. But I learned so much. I saw the way my body reacted to various nutrition cycles and how it reacted to different training regimens. My eating habits, although far from perfect, are improving weekly and truly becoming habits.
Now it is time to start looking at 2007 and take what I have learned and move forward.
