It's Easy Once You Realize ...

... that it is NOT easy. Losing weight and keeping it off requires effort. Some of this effort will be tough. Realize that ans expect it. If you underestimate what it will take, you have a greater chance of failing.

If you want it, it is out there for you. Things can become more routine and easier over time but never underestimate what it will take. Expect it to be tough. It is tough so the rewards are great.
